In 2025, the Columbus Area Convention & Visitors Board has an opening available on their 7-person advisory committee. We are requesting applications from interested community members who would like to support the growth of tourism in Platte County. The Columbus Area Convention & Visitors Bureau offers services to promote tourism in Columbus and Platte County. The Bureau is directed by Director Theresa Grape with guidance from the Advisory Committee. The Committee consists of community members including up to three hoteliers. Open meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month. Please email your application to tgrape@plattecounty.ne.gov for consideration by Thursday, December 5, 2024. Please include your name, phone number, and a message indicating why tourism in Platte County is important, as well as your field of work and expertise. |
